WARRANTY

STORMTECH Performance Apparel proudly guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. We are committed to offering the finest products and customer service available. We stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and performance of all our products.

STORMTECH Products are fully warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to 5 years from original purchase, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, even after extended use, STORMTECH will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

ZIPPERS, we warranty most zippers for the life of the garment. We can send you a replacement zipper, or provide you a Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid UPS label so that you may return the garment to be repaired to our plant.

SHIPPING all shipping to our Warranty Department must be pre-paid and insured. STORMTECH cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages.  All warranty claims must be authorized prior to returning.  STORMTECH will not bear any responsibility for unauthorized returns.  In order to comply with health and safety regulations, as well as for the protection of our staff, we kindly request that all products be cleaned prior to being sent to us.  Products that arrive unwashed may be subject to a cleaning fee before assessments can be made.
